Nearly my entire route is narrow two-lane roads. But almost all of it is relatively straight and level, with plenty of grass shoulder. I can take the lane for blind crests and curves, as needed. But this case is too long for me to stay in the lane, and both uphill and curved, and overgrown, with one bad shoulder and one worse one.
