I have a galaxy note 2 which is quite large and I simply purchased a cheap black case, used a razor blade to put 4 slits in the case, and used 2 zippy ties to hold it to my stem. Works like a charm and on just about every ride someone asks "where did you get that phone holder". Looks great with the phone installed.
