Peugeot isn't a girl's bike. Crank might be OK, just surface rust. Or it might have totally worn rings, in need of chain, wasted bottom bracket and hubs, etc.
It's a lowend peugeot judging from the seatpost clamp. And those cranks are so slender. Almost look cottered, but nahhhh, couldn't be.
Jica's bike sounds pretty rad. Love AVR tubing!
