ah, i see.

i would guess that your FTP was overstated, not your that your FTP exceeded your fitness. that implies your FTP was real. common sins of estimating FTP. maybe as a trained rider, now, 95% of 20 is a better predictor of your fitness (for some people, 95% is NEVER a good predictor).

kind of different than 'tri-fit', as a triathlete's FTP can be real--they just can't exceed it by much and/or repeatedly.
