Are you looking for something extra to bring with you to inflate the tires at the cottage, or do you want something that you can carry on your bike?

If you want an extra larger pump, the frame pump is not a bad idea. I think the frame pump is difficult to carry on the bike because I believe it requires some sort of peg built into the frame.

Cannondale makes a full size pump that folds somewhat:

Topeak makes something similar as well, the Megamorph (note that this is a full size pump just with some additional folding to fit in your luggage, I've seen it in person, it's way to big to fit on your bike, it's nowhere near as small as the road morph you mentioned already owing):

Specialized makes something that folds up into a case but I don't know much about it:

For a pump that would fit on your bike, the highest capacity pump I know of is the Axiom Enforceair HP Mini Floor Pump:
Axiom Enforceair HP Mini Floor Pump - Mountain View Cycles 205 Oak St Hood River OR 97031 541-386-2453

It's similar to the Topeak Road Morph, but rated higher (200psi rather than 160psi) - I don't know if it's actually significantly better or not.

P.S. Maybe something electric powered like this would work?
