Could the problem be with the iPhone? I have an Edge 25 and it uploads rides to Garmin Connect (which uploads them to Strava) as soon as a ride finishes, but my phone is an Android. I've heard that Apple Bluetooth is different from the rest of the world. I know you can't use Bluetooth OBDII dongles with iPhones.
