Mark does still build frames in very limited numbers. His current offerings are based around a special tubing that he had Reynolds make for him and his own investment-cast lug set. I'm not sure he would be interested in reproducing your fork for you but if he is interested it will cost you much more than you have invested in the whole bike so far.

I'd be willing to pay possibly up to $300 for a custom tange/Reynolds or similar non lugged fork with the correct geometry and rake. I honestly have no clue what having a fork made costs but I don't need any fancy lugged or filet brazed custom tubing, just a solid fork that won't be out of place on the bike.
