6 foot 208ish. I've been riding for years, but other activities take over late in the season. This year I am going to find a way to dedicate time to cycling while making my other commitments. Volleyball, golf, family, social life. I intend to do a modified commute to work 2-3 times a week. And get some longer rides in on the weekends.
