What's the word on the ROTOR 3D crankset?

I've never seen a set much less used one. They are now stock on the
complete Felt TK1. SRM also offers a them as a
ROTOR Track SRM kit.
Are these supposed to be better than the standard Dura Ace style SRM track cranks?
