It's a fact this is a low end POS just interesting back ground being a highly recognized brand in Minnesota.
If nothing else it is a lost cause and will be able to use the tires tubes nuts & bolts & set the frame & wheel parts out for the garbage man or scrappers.
I'll get to mix up a few french threaded screws & things into the screw bucket. I don't even know the differences in French compared to Whitworth.
I my have just left it if it didn't have a good cottered steel crank & BB & the tires/wheels.

It dose look like Stella put out some very desirable bikes in the day.
