Recently @ work: Not packages, but regular mail & priority mail envelopes, both containing checks.
First incident - headed all of 120mi E from Birmingham to ATL. Got lost for 2 weeks, should have taken 2 days. Client is not happy.
Second incident: because of the first incident, I sent this check priority/tracked. Mailed on the 12th, headed to Baton Rouge. It has had attempted deliveries here in town twice, finally left B'ham and went to Memphis, sat there, on to Baton Rouge. After a couple of days there - never delivered - it's back at the B'ham regional center. It's now been 13 days on a 2 day priority mail delivery - and it's still trapped in the system. I need this one to get there so I can get paid.
