Most California rides I do serve tri tip, chicken, or burritos (chicken or veggie). I've also had pasta and salad too. Don't forget the beer. 805 Beer was a sponsor at the Solvang Century one year. Since my ride number was 805, I asked if it would get me a free beer since I was promoting their product all day, no deal. $2, same as everybody. We had an In-N-Out burger mobile kitchen truck at a couple of rides that was very popular with the carnivores.
