Unless you mean pros, which I agree with your premise, Elite Nationals are usually:
Men:Cat 1, Cat Pro12 U23, Pro123 17-18, 15-16
Women: ProCrit, and similar.
You have under age 15 to Pros that could participate and win a district/LA.
