Over Unders. 5x8mins 95%, 105%. The over part was basically 3 mins, 1min ramp up to 105%, 1 min there, 1 min ramp down. Fun.
Have to figure out how to integrate a round trip on the Silver Comet here in GA into the plan. Friend is doing an Ironman and he wants a bike companion. It’s 121 miles round trip.
