The East Bay Bike path is more scenic and more things to see, Narragansett Bay, but only about 14.2 miles long.
The one between Kingston Station and the beach in Naragansett is really nice. Smooth, scenic, good side trails, minimal and safe road segments, food and beer along the way if that's your thing.
