I’m going 30/46 on the new bike (at least, today), and 11-36 in back.

Some groups that can do this:
r8000 ultegra
r7000 105
4700 tiagra
10 or 11 speed SRAM with the gx 2x10 rear derailleur (99% sure this works with either the newer 11s stuff)

anyway, the r7000 105 rd medium cage should get you to 11-36
