You can go to my local thrift and buy an early 70's Schwinn Tandem bike for $300. Looks like it's based off of the Continental. Total junk. Not totally beat, but far from perfect, with mismatched seats. Personally I would have taken it the scrap heap.
I saw them put it out yesterday and today I was in there and two women had taken the bike over too have it priced and he put that asinine price on it.
It always amazes me when people want to take up for these places. And this manager has given me good prices on bikes before.
