The seller has obviously been looking at ebay prices. Gazelles have been sold there at what we Dutch would consider ridiculous prices. Mostly to German buyers, I believe. Germans pay top dollar for quality, like Japanese do for French stuff and Americans for famous names. (I am generalizing a bit here
)
But from a seller's point of view this is a German market frame.
