Later...Did some piano intervals. I started on Carl Czerny's school of velocity. . Czerny, 1791-1857, was Austrian composer and teacher. He developed the Czerny School of Velocity - pages and pages of drills designed to increase dexterity, accuracy and of course speed.
I think bike racers need a book of drills called the school of velocity. I sure needed it on Soledad today - more speed.
