Not a huge fan of ASI - They aren't without blame when it came to over selling inventory to Performance when they weren't paying their bills. And as a PBS employee, I think they could have done a lot more to improve the Performance problem after they acquired them.
But I wouldn't worry too much about their future or warranty. They were still honoring warranties in the middle of the bankruptcy, and that is now behind them. Performance is dead - ASI is not (I think they might even still be under the same name). Many of the 2019 bikes were already produced before this started (all Performance shops had to ship them back to their PA warehouse, where they've been sitting since).
