Two weeks in a row I've had be Tuesday Night rides, both from dehydration. Last week, it was cold and I didn't drink enough during the day. This week it was cold and I drank plenty, but sweated profusely because I had too many layers on. Watts down 20-40 watts on both. The first week I'm pretty optimistic about it, this week I'm upset at myself for doing so bad.
In general I try to be positive, but everyone has a breaking point. I was setting up for a late May through June peak but I'm not too confident about that now.
