Seriously, there's always a point of diminishing return that you need to learn and hopefully live by. With shorts, that's about $60. After that the quality curve take a sharp down turn and the rest is just name.
Sorry but that's just wrong. I've worn many, many different brands over the past 40+ yrs. Assos bibs are by far the best fitting and I love the quality. Others may differ. FWIW, I won't pay more that $125 for bibs but they are worth every cent.
