Better hurry, then. Road bikes are increasingly going towards disc, specially with aero bikes, it seems. For rim, it seems like "climber" bikes are the last stand.
One last bit in favor of discs and then I'll leave it alone - you already have a disc bike and getting another would give you more versatility in terms of gear swapping. I also find that discs are great for me in terms of enabling bling wheelset purchases - I never could justify the cost of crabon wheels when the rims would be getting worn away every time I hit the brakes.
