A little achy, mainly in the glutes. I didn't test them on the ride in, but they felt pretty much okay. No time for a workout this evening, but I expect I'll notice something tomorrow a.m., when I get on the trainer. Will do my next session of legs on Sunday, but I'll be out of town and won't ride again until Tuesday. I am so freakin' weak, I really need this.
