Sounds like a Professional to me, long 'fancy' spearpoint lugs were available on Vincitore, but 3" long spearpoints
and a Cinelli crown were found on the professional according to the catalogue scan here:

Of course, as above, you could have what you want if you ask nicely (and pay!).
Whatever it is, you'll not be disappointed, they are excellent bikes and have a reputation for a good reason.
