The ones I do were given to me by O'Donnell back in the day. I sort of remember the first time I did them... I remember starting them, then about the halfway point it gets all fuzzy, then my memory skips to about 5 mins after I finished. They are definitely a "this is the only thing you're doing on the bike today" kind of thing. I limp home afterwards and try to process what I've just done to myself. Make sure you drink a LOT of fluid before and after. I've given myself rhabdomyolisis
twice from these workouts, which is scary as hell.
