Great storefront! I learned something from it, too. When I saw "Fumetti" I was wondering why a comic book store would be selling smoking products!
It is a comics store in my city, which is located in northern Italy.
Actually, "Fumetti" is the italian translation of the word "Comics". It refers to the fact that speech ballons actually resemble little clouds of smoke, "Fumo" in Italian. Hence the origin of the term "Fumetti", "little clouds of smoke".
The store sign actually reads:

Comics and games (in Italian)
it's a bit of a repetition, but you have to consider that Italian people, generally speaking, are not so fond of foreign languages.
