A frame like that deserves a decent set of wheels. Either go with a set from Velomine.com or have a set laced up for you. Companies like Retrogression can combine your choice of hub, spokes and rims in order to tailor something to your individual needs. Plus they'll be tensioned properly and that in my opinion is of utmost importance.
