Though I can imagine pure O2 athlete performance, & low gravity combined with low atmospheric pressure would lead to some interesting velodrome results.

Thin atmosphere yeah, not quite a vacuum. At least aero won’t be such a design focus!
Although a breathing apparatus will be required, I wonder if human skin (with some protective layering) can adapt to the Martian atmosphere over generations and maybe genetic programming. With no ozone layer and Megnetosphere on Mars, UV and other radiation might still require some thick spandex and merino wool layers regardless
