I also switched to Lake this past fall after years in Northwave and LG Course Air Lite IIs. First bout was in a regular width 42.5 CX218, which I measured out to from the charts, but at the top of the range. Loved the shoes but the toe box rubbed the top of my left foot. I did heat mold twice. Ran across a pair of lightly used 43.5 CX238 wide and they just arrived on Friday. I must have measured my width wrong at first because this time around I got 112mm which put me squarely in a wide shoe. These shoes look so good, and they feel even better. Do feel slightly large in the heel with that jump in size but I can deal with that over being too tight. Plus winter socks will fit at least. I don't know if I can heat mold the heel on these or not.
