The rest of the population is either passive or reluctant/unwilling to get the vaccine. I am trying to encourage my patients to get it but they come up with stupid excuses and I can't overcome their irrational arguments.

That would definitely bring more people in.
I am pretty sure my ex hasn't gotten it because she thinks this whole virus thing, and the precautions surrounding it, are overblown. She could walk to the convention center from her condo in a little over 10 min.
