Assuming their stores are all shut down and additionally you can't get the appropriate ones from the parent company in India, it's possible your batteries can be rebuilt or at the least you will be able to connect another 36V battery to your controller, maybe attaching the wires from the new battery to the connectors on the existing one. Not a perfect solution, but should work. Of course then you'll need a method to mount it.
