Not concerned about weight. I'm the one with a 300g stem, 300g saddle... although I do have a lighter crankset, and I have tubular carbon race wheels.
I'm all 10s Campy, even the 9s Shimano drivetrain tandem from 2005 or so has retrofitted Campy 10s levers.
