Guessing that can't be the original rear wheel- or at least not the cogs. Not exactly the kind of project I'm looking for, but tempted enough I send a couple messages- no reply yet, and it's rather far from me, but, hmmm.... (and I'm probably an idiot for posting it here and not driving to look at it right now...)
