New Rider Struggle ?
Just started riding again after a 8 year break. Back when I use to ride I never payed attention to cadence or anything would just pedal normally and coast when I was tired. Now I started cycling 2 weeks ago again im at 370lbs and after lots of reading people keep talking about keep a cadence. I at the present moment cant even keep a cadence for more than 20 secs or so and have to coast a little because my legs get tired. Have been riding 2 miles a day to get the body moving. I am assuming that this is normal but wanted to confirm that it takes time cycling to build up the strength while cycling to be able to develop a cadence and consistency to peddling. Is this normal when starting off ?
