Nice idea, but not likely to succeed.

I don't think the actions we can take are any different than the actions we've always taken to help ensure drivers see us. Whether it's a machine or a human, there's only so much we can do. Good lighting and proper positioning. It will be a long time before these vehicles are common and in the intervening period the systems they use to 'see' us will change. Once there are standards, we may learn specific ways to be more visible to such systems but I suspect that will be some years into the future.
