Why not? I've always wanted to do it for the sake of novelty, and a solution just kind of came together to do it easily.

The hub is a White Industries Eno eccentric hub that uses a splined cog. I actually hated that I had to buy new proprietary cogs, but it just so happens that if you want to run left side drive, you don't need to worry about which direction it threaded on because it doesn't. The crankset, is a tandem crankset for a captain. I came across a good deal on it and with the eno wheelset already on the bike, it clicked that I could do a proper left side drive conversion pretty easily.
