Tubular glue in sub-zero temps

Hey trackies,
I just finished lacing up a new set of carbon tubulars and am eager to glue on some new tires for use on the boards. I’d like to spare my family from the hexane fumes from the application and curing of Vittoria Mastik.

I’m in Canada where it’s sub-zero (-10 deg Celsius, but “warming” up to zero later this week) I’m thinking of gluing them up in my unheated garage.

Would there be any adhesion issues with the glue not curing properly? From what I can tell Mastik has no water (unlike some other contact cements).

Thanks in advance for any help!
