I think you are misreading the chart. The 10 speed X9 has a 1.3 pull ratio. The 9 speed X9 has a 1.1 pull ratio.

For ChinookTx: You can try to find a Shimano and experiment…no problem with that but be prepared for possible failure…or you can buy A SRAM X5 new for $40 US. Or you can go the used route. I have several X9s squirreled away and might be willing to part with one. PM me.
