The video-grapher thought it might have been made by Panasonic - and the red matches some a couples where Panasonic didn't thoughly inspect my silver / gray (grey?) Mountain Cat 3500. But it looks like there's a cable guide on the bottom bracket, but where my cable routing is under the BB.
