Great pick up; odd that a bike this nice became this neglected. The bell looks out of place as well. I love my 1982 PXN 10 which is one model down from this. Not the bike I'd choose to go 650b with though. I'll bet it will fit a 28c tire. Alternatively I'd bet you can run fat tubulars (700 x 30) on this bike and have a very plush ride.
