Timberline GT Bike - Is Timberline still in business?

Hello All,

I have an older Timberline GT bicycle which is at least 10 years old. It appears to be a mountain bike. I see written on the bike: Timberline GT. I also see the words "Triple Triangle" on the seatstays.

Does anyone know if Timberline is stil in business?

I need to replace the binder post which is the screw that tightents to support the saddle. The binder post is in the seatpost clamp. There is writing on the binder post which says CR-MO. I found a part on Amazon which would probably work but I have several choices in mm for size. I am guessing the mm is the diameter of the threaded portion. I measured it with a guide that you use to identify bits and the closest measurement is 15/64" or 5.95mm.

I cannot post URLs or attachments as I dont have enough posts yet but if you do a serach for CR-MO you search for:

SEAT POST BINDER BOLT Ø8MM BIKE SADDLE CLAMP STEEL CR-MO VINTAGE (22mm)

You should see it.

Thanks, Bill
