1 - start riding earlier in the year - didn’t really get going until May in 2023
2 - realize that it’s OK to ride less than 30 miles.
3 - rotate the herd - haven’t ridden anything except the Superior since 2017
4 - eat less cheese
5 - only drink on weekends
