Rode over 2000 miles in 2022, including my 62 mile birthday ride.
I had about 600 miles in thru April, and then fractured my hip (totally healthy to that point). Right Total Hip replacement in mid-July. Got back on the bike in September,but it's been a slower than expected journey. Currently sitting at 400 miles since surgery, mostly 15 -18 mile rides on Zwift. But, more fortunate then many, so I'll shoot for a better 2024 and count my blessings.
