Right, we are talking about 'resolutions', which should be the equivalent of 'suggestions' or 'desperate hopes' at best.
I would consider 25% to be ideal. My bar is probably lower. I'll aim for around 7% success, and will 2 resolutions, that's a fraction of only one seeing any possible improvement
