Another app to consider in the adaptive workout category is PILLAR. Developed in the UK by some legit sports scientists. No cycling sim here, just pure workouts controlled via a phone App. I've used it for a couple of years, but I now use it only to track my training stress and power metrics from Zwift and real world rides which import automatically. I find their actual training plans a bit too dull (mainly repetitive polarised sessions, which get a bit old after a while).
