Today I am on day 3 post-operation (hernia repair surgery). Feeling a lot better today, might be able to leave the oxy bottle unopened. Of course, the soreness develops throughout the day, but things are moving in the right direction. Maybe I'll go walking around the block twice today! (instead of once). That will be my training for the day.
