I have that much most nights of the week, usually in the form of wine with dinner. Never any more if I want to do anything meaningful on the bike the next day, which is most of the time really. A couple glasses of red seems to be as much as I can have without any noticeable hangover, and still have drive to push on the bike the next day. Or it's just a baseline, hard to tell.
