Mass Start Neokyo Crit race ~10mi, 11th / 91.
Had planned on going easy after the hard weekend rides, but my legs and mind felt ok during my vibe check warmup, so I lined up. It took forever to load and I was actually 5s late so I had to attack to the front, dangit. A couple minutes in, 5 or so went up the road and everyone looked at each other. I wasn't / haven't been feeling confident in myself so I sat in and it became very clear we were racing or 6th.
After ~10 min of that I got pissed at seeing my AP so low and so much blue and green, so I attacked and drew out a few more. It was a nice hard push to the line and we were never more than 9s up. Sat up at the sprint and got passed by a couple, could have squeezed a bit to hold on to 8th, whatever.
Capped off the ride w another 10 min with the A bot. I was the only one there!
