If your bike has sat for a few years, your sealant has dried up. Add some more sealant. And it should seal whatever the leak is.

Best way to get it to seal is ride it to slosh the sealant around.

Assuming it holds enough air to ride around the block, do so. Then if it is holding air, go for a ride and bring a pump just in case you need to top off.
